“Teen Wolf” wrapped shooting on Monday, and if you thought you were emotional about it, just wait until you see how the cast feels.
Holland Roden, Shelley Hennig and more shared their goodbyes to the series, which has aired since 2011, on social media. If you’re already upset about the show’s forthcoming final episodes of Season 6, then buckle up for even more feels.
Roden, who plays Lydia on “Teen Wolf,” likened the last day of shooting to the end of a chapter in her life.
“To my 20s! To my first chapter in my adult life,” Roden wrote on Instagram. “Today is the day that @teenwolf turns off their cameras and closes their doors. No chapter of my life will quite touch me like #Jeffdavis and the world he created at @teenwolf.”
”To some of my best friendships formed on this little engine that could,” Roden continued. “To our little band of silly, hard ass working, beyond inappropriate, dedicated, cookie and Swedish fish eating, talented, laughing and skateboarding til the end group that is @teenwolf - I will forever cherish and love you.”
We’re not crying; you’re crying.
Hennig similarly had a lot to say about the end of “Teen Wolf.” Hennig, who plays Malia, admitted she was “ugly crying” as she typed her farewell.
Khylin Rhambo, who plays Mason Hewitt, shared a sweet photo of himself and costar Dylan Sprayberry, calling Sprayberry his “brother.”
“You are my brother. I love you,” Rhambo wrote to Sprayberry. “I’ll never forget these past 3 years working with you. I’m just lucky enough to have been able to do what I love with another family member.”
OK. We’re full-on sobbing now.
Melissa Ponzio, who plays Scott’s mother on “Teen Wolf,” shared several behind-the-scenes snapshots from the last day on set.
“No more guidance ... ” she captioned a photo of the guidance counselor’s office. “The office is closed for the summer ... and when I say summer, I mean forever.”
Ponzio also posted a photo of an empty classroom in Beacon Hills High.
“Class dismissed,” she wrote.
Now this is just too much.
