A video released by a news channel on Thursday suggested that sedition-accused JNU students’ union president Kanhaiya Kumar did not raise any anti-national slogans in his speech made on the university campus on February 11 for which he was arrested.
As per the video, Kumar is seen raising slogans demanding freedom from poverty, capitalism and communalism, but no slogans were raised demanding “freedom for Kashmir,” as was shown in the videos aired by some other channels.

There should be a suo moto against channels which ran doctored video, specially on the basis of which the FIR against Kanhaiya was filed.
