Salman Khan, who has a penchant for being in the news for the wrong reasons, has done it again. As his Eid release Bharat hit theatres on Wednesday, he was caught on camera slapping his security guard reportedly for manhandling a fan.
In the video, Salman is seen walking towards his vehicle and the guard clearing the way for the actor. The actor reportedly became angry with the way the guard handled a child in the crowd and slaps him.
Social media was abuzz with reactions. While most people agreed that slapping someone isn’t exactly gentlemanly behaviour, Bhai’s fans thought it was perfectly fine.
But one must remember that his fans are okay with a lot of things that the actor does. They often jump to his defence and are known to even threaten people if they disagree.
Certain fans pointed out Khan was out of line at the premiere.
However, some of his fans said that it was because he “cared” for his fans and he had a big heart. They failed to see this was toxic behaviour.
Khan has been known to be physically abusive even in his personal relationships. Aishwarya Rai had said in an interview that her relationship with him was abusive. When asked in an interview about it, he had said, “I mean, if I hit somebody, it’s obviously a fight, I am going to be angry. I am going to whack and give it my best shot. I don’t think she would’ve survived it.”
Khan has been convicted in a case of illegal Blackbuck hunting and had been accused in a hit-and-run case.
