Keanu Reeves And Alexandra Grant Held Hands On A Red Carpet And Fans Are Happy And Heartbroken In Equal Measure

But there's no official word on whether the Matrix star and artist are actually an item.

The news that Keanu Reeves *might* have a girlfriend shouldn’t be that remarkable aside from the fact that this is the universally loved Keanu Reeves.

The 55-year-old John Wick actor has always kept his private life just that - private, but the actor might just have had a change of heart after walking the red carpet with artist Alexandra Grant at the weekend.

The pair held hands as they attended the LACMA Art + Film Gala Presented By Gucci in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Keanu collaborated with Alexandra, 46, on her books Ode To Happiness and Shadows - and that’s pretty much all we know about their relationship.

But despite there being no official word on the pair actually being an item, the couple’s PDA made Twitter’s collective hearts swell - and break - in equal measure…

Keanu has previously been romantically linked to Sandra Bullock and Amanda De Cadenet.

In 1999, he and his girlfriend Jennifer Syme lost their daughter in the final stages of the pregnancy. Just 18 months later, Jennifer was killed in a car accident.

The Matrix star has previously stated that he is a “private person”, telling Esquire: “I think actors and actresses are maybe a little more private than other celebrities.

“I don’t know. I’m a pretty private person. But I don’t have anything to tweet, or say, or anything.”
