'Partition', 'Union's Territory': How Indian Newspapers Covered Kashmir's Bifurcation

A day after Amit Shah announced the scrapping of Article 370 that gave special status to Kashmir, here's a look at the biggest headlines.

Shah told the Rajya Sabha much later on Monday that Kashmir would be bifurcated into two union territories — Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

A day after this move, here’s a look at how India’s biggest English newspapers have covered the news.
