Usha Chander is a senior consultant at Arogya World India Trust, Bangalore. She has worked as a consultant in the Assurance of Learning (AOL) program and as an Adjunct Faculty, at Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Manila, Philippines. While at AIM, she has trained the faculty of public and private universities on assessment and quality assurance, under various projects, some funded by aid agencies including the World Bank. <br> <br> Usha’s training, accreditation, and evaluation background helps her in her work with Arogya World’s Healthy Workplace Program in Bangalore.
