Shruthi is a coach, facilitator and strategist enabling individuals and organisations to unlock their potential and grow their impact. She has deep experience harnessing the potential and energy of millennials, and envisions a future where social business is the norm and every organisation is driven by a purpose greater than profit. Shruthi is a current MBA Candidate at the University of Oxford and has been recognised as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum.
Shruthi has worked for a number of organisations in the social impact & enterprise sector in various countries. She most recently led Learning & Development for Inspiring Stories, enabling young New Zealanders to start and grow social ventures. Previously, she led the P3 Foundation as CEO, empowering young people to end extreme poverty, helped build a global social change education curriculum, Better World Ed, and co-founded The Plastic Bottle Kayak which raises awareness of environmental issues through storytelling and adventure. In a former life Shruthi was a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
