Justice J. Dipak Misra has a concerning track record.
I am a third-year student at the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (NUJS). I have previously interned with the Ministry of Law and Justice where I worked on the NJAC and its constitutionality. I did extensive research on the collegium system and I also got an opportunity to analyse the judgment of NJAC which was published in 'liberte de expression', titled "an alternate view to NJAC". I have also interned at the Chambers of Senior Advocate Salman Khurshid. I have also written several research papers which are published in some of the well renowned journals. Apart from my internships, I recently qualified South Asia region and got the opportunity to represent the region in the Global Orals of the FDI moot court competition which is the worlds biggest investment arbitration moot and took place in Argentina this year. I have been a part of the winning team of KK Luthra moot in 2014. I have a deep interest in investment law, constitutional law, company law etc. I am a fitness and travel enthusiast.
