People surely deserve a government that cares for them, even when they are abroad. Crimes by the US police on an Indian citizen are unacceptable. But what about the daily crimes by the Indian police and security forces against Indian citizens?

Like perverted stamp-collectors, India and Pakistan collect 'alien' fishermen in their jails and exchange them with each other during their periodic confidence building measures for peace. In this costly charade, fishermen are the cannon-fodders of goodwill. This cruelty must end.
