Nitin leads WRI’s work in India across all objective areas and centres of excellence and is responsible for formulating, leading, and implementing WRI India’s vision and strategy. Prior to joining WRI India, Nitin was the President of International Institute for Energy Conservation (IIEC), where he was responsible for offices in US, UK, India, Thailand, Philippines, South Africa, China and Brazil during his 13 year tenure to implement novel sustainable energy programs in developing countries. Previously Nitin also formed and ran a boutique entrepreneurial high-tech for-profit consulting firm called Ensys Inc.
