Dr. Nina Jacob

Dr. Nina Jacob is the Professor for Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Institute of Finance and International Management. She holds two post graduate degrees- Master in Arts (Economics) from Bombay University and Master of Public Management from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. She received her Doctorate in Philosophy from Gujarat University and has worked in reputed business schools of India and Europe. She has about 23 years of post doctoral experience as a faculty member of leading business schools. She has held positions such as Director at Cardiff Programme, Universal Business School and Co-Chair, International Conference on Organisation Development, IMT, Ghaziabad. She has authored books on ‘Readings in Organizational Development’, ‘Intellectual Management’ and written papers on ‘Leadership and Change Management in a Crisis Situation’, ‘Human and Professional Values of Managers and Their Impact on the Profession’ and many editorials and book reviews. She has also trained executives from leading multinationals and I.A.S Officers.
