NEW DELHI -- A 28-year old woman from Nigeria was arrested on the charge of fatally stabbing her live-in partner during a scuffle over a trivial issue in west Delhi, police said on Sunday.

Police said accused Ujjma was staying with Izzu, 30, in a live-in relationship at Vipin Garden area of Uttam Nagar. Both had a scuffle on Saturday afternoon over some issue.

"Both punched and kicked each other. She told police she took out a knife and repeatedly hit him on his chest and arm pit. As he collapsed on the floor, she informed police to get him admitted to a hospital," a senior police officer said.
