Model-actress Lisa Haydon, best-remembered for her turn in Vikas Bahl's Queen, shared a beautiful picture on her Insta feed, where she can be seen breastfeeding her two-month-old son, Zack Lalvani.

In the post, the actress said that she has received "loads of posts asking about life after having my son... esp to do with weight and fitness," and so decided to explain how breastfeeding has helped the 31-year-old actress get back in shape.

She spoke about breastfeeding as a 'beautiful way to bond.'

"Breastfeeding has been challenging+time consuming (literally hours spent everyday trying to stimulate milk supply) but it's such a beautiful way to bond and connect with your child plus all the nutritional benefits that your child gets from your milk."

The post has already garnered over 1 lakh likes. The Queen actress is being praised by most of her followers for openly addressing the benefits and difficulties of breastfeeding.

Zack was born to Haydon and husband Dino Lalvani on May 17. Zack, much like other star kids, takes social media by storm, every time Lisa posts a picture of him.

Here are some adorable pictures of the little munchkin.
