In an unfortunate incident reported from Jaipur in Rajasthan, a horse plunged into a car through its windshield on Sunday afternoon, injuring himself and the driver.

According to reports, on Sunday afternoon at around 1:30 PM, when the city was reeling under 42 degree Celsius temperature, the horse probably became frantic, broke his harness, and crashed through the car's windshield.

"I had just started my car near Jaipur in Civil Lines area when I heard the sound of breaking of glass," Hindustan Times quoted Pankaj Joshi, the owner of the vehicle, as saying. "The next moment, I was stuck inside the car with a horse on the seat next to me."

Joshi reportedly sustained injuries in both his hands, while the injured animal, who was stuck inside the car for at least 10 minutes, was rushed to a veterinary clinic.
