No Matter How Emancipated A Woman Is, She Likes To Have Someone Take Care Of Her, Says Arjun Kapoor

Okay then.

Arjun Kapoor, who is currently gearing up for the release of Mohit Suri's Half Girlfriend, recently gave an interview to Mumbai Mirror.

The actor spoke at length about his insecurities as an overweight teenager and how that made him unpopular with women.

"I've come to enjoy this popularity with the ladies rather late in life. I should embrace it instead of over-analysing it," he said.

With the kind of rumours one hears about Kapoor's love life, it's clear that he's actively making up for all the lost time.

When asked about what he thinks is his appeal, Kapoor had an interesting thought.

"I come across as a very Indian guy. My structure and size give off that 'gabru jawan' vibe. No matter how independent or emancipated a woman is, she likes to have someone around who will hold her hand and say, 'Don't worry, I'm here to take care of you.'

Do they really, Arjun?
