Buoyed by Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) thumping win in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand assembly elections, senior party leader Sushil Kumar Modi decided to rib his political rival and Rashtriya Janata Dal's (RJD) seasoned chief, Lalu Prasad Yadav.
"How're you doing?" Modi, who was Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister in 2005 after the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) came to power, asked Lalu on Twitter. Never the one to take a jibe lying down, Lalu promptly fired back: "I'm alright. The BJP seems to have benefited from not allowing you to enter UP."

Modi retaliated: "Had you not gone to UP and abused Modi, the SP would have won a few seats more."
Here's the sassy exchange.
Play nice, you guys.
