Google is known as one of the most desirable employers to work for. So much so, that even a 7-year-old girl could not resist sending an application to the company. The search giant gets thousands of job applications every day and no one expects to get a reply from the CEO. But Sundar Pichai set an example by writing back to the young applicant and motivating her.

Chole Bridgewater from Hertford in England wrote to the "Google boss" saying that she wants to work at Google and also at a chocolate factory. Chloe also wrote that she wants to swim in the Olympics and win a medal.

In the letter, which was shared online by her father Andy Bridgewater, Chole explains that she wants to work at Google to be able to learn more about computers. She added that she has a tablet on which she plays games and that her father has promised to get her a computer one day.

Pichai replied back to Chloe, saying that that he was glad that she had an interest in technology and advised her to keep working hard and following her dreams. He said that he would wait for a job application from her once she finishes school. Business Insider verified the authenticity of the letter.

In his LinkedIN update, Bridgewater said that the letter was a great confidence booster for Chole as she had been knocked down by a car a couple of years ago. A great gesture indeed by the Google head!
