The Tamil Nadu Governor must decide on who would be the chief minister of the state, or legal action could be taken in the matter, said Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy on Sunday.
"TN Guv must decide CM issue by tomorrow," Swamy tweeted, "otherwise a WP (writ petition) under Art 32 of Constitution can be filed charging abetment of horse trading."

The former union minister and BJP national executive member had met the governor Vidyasagar Rao on Saturday, asking him to invite AIADMK's Sasikala to form the government.
"Governor cannot sit in Maharashtra when such a political crisis is happening in Tamil Nadu," he had said earlier in an interview.
