On Friday, Bollywood actor Salman Khan appeared in a Jodhpur court and claimed that an endangered blackbuck he is alleged to have shot dead, had died of "natural causes".
The Times of Indiaquoted Salman as saying, "Only the first forensic report of Dr Nepalia saying that the animal died of 'natural causes' was true and the rest of the evidence is false."
According to the TOI report, Salman denied killing two blackbucks in Rajasthan 19 years ago when he was there for the shooting of the film, Hum Saath Saath Hain. Four cases have been lodged against the actor in connection with the incident. Salman testified in the court in the presence of his co-stars in the film, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam.
"Only the first forensic report of Dr. Nepalia saying that the animal died of 'natural causes' was true and the rest of the evidence is false," Salman said.
Well, for causes that are only natural, Twitterati is having a ball with Bajrangi Bhaijaan's statement.
