That our Prime Minister is fond of yoga is very well known. He is the one who pushed for a World Yoga Day, and has promoted the way of life across the globe. And while Narendra Modi is known to practice yoga on a regular basis, the postures are not everybody's cup of tea.

Prime Minister Modi is expected to take part in a 'yoga session' along with top cops of the country during an annual conference of DGPs in Hyderabad. And the word is, the cops are getting a bit stressed about it.

NDTV quoted a senior police official on the condition of anonymity as saying, "Yoga sessions should relax participants, not stress them out by worrying whether they are flexible or fit enough for a class with the PM. Breathing exercises like anulom vilom or kapalbhati should be done in meets like this."

Modi is likely to arrive in Hyderabad on Friday evening and after an overnight stay at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA), he would take part in the 'Yoga session' on November 26.

NDTV reports that while last year it was the challenging surya namaskar and chakra asana, this year it would be easier ones like savasana and bal asana. "I do savasana best," NDTV quoted another official as saying.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh is going to inaugurate the conference on Friday. Union Ministers of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju and Hansraj Gangaram Ahir, National Security Adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval are among those who would attend the event.

Apart from the yoga session that the cops seem to be dreading, the conference will also focus on issues of terrorism and radicalisation, the Naxal problem, cyber crime and the modernisation of the police force.
