A GizmoChina report suggests that the Chinese tech company is set to launch a 3D printer after its forays into areas such as electric transportation, virtual reality, and air purification.
Leaked images of the printer suggest that the semitransparent device will be similar in size to a mid-sized water purfier. The size indicates that the 3D printer is targeted at enthusiasts and hobbyists.
While product details or the launch date are not available yet, the leaked images suggest that Xiaomi's 3D printer might be be unveiled very soon.
Xiaomi has launched an array of smart products in the recent past, such as the Mi Air Purifier Pro, the dual connectivity mouse, the building block robot and a battery powered anti-pollution mask.
