On Monday, the moon will be as close to the Earth as it has been since 1948. This phenomenon is awesomely known as the “supermoon.”
Everyone can see this awe-inspiring sight, from the war-torn streets of Aleppo, Syria, to the metropolitan cities of the United States. Luckily for us, photographers around the world have been capturing images of it over the past couple of days.
