This Hilarious Mash-Up Of 'Dangal' And 'The Powerpuff Girls' Is On Point

Ab Powerpuff Girls ka Dangal hoga!
Aamir Khan/ Facebook | The Powerpuff Girls/ Cartoon Network

With Bollywood perfectionist Aamir Khan's much anticipated film Dangal set to release this December, its official trailer has already set the right tone for the Indian audience.

The extraordinary story is based on the life of the wrestler Mahavir Singh and his two daughters, Geeta and Babita Phogat. The film traces the inspirational journey of a father who trains his daughters to become world-class wrestlers.

The funny folks at Screen Patti, known for their hilarious sketches, have taken the Dangal track and mashed it with the popular cartoon The Powerpuff Girls. Yes, you read that right.

And, the similarities between the two storylines is uncanny. Rebellious daughters, proud father and a skeptical society.

The mash-up was so accurate that Fatima Sana Shaikh, who plays one of the daughters in Dangal, shared it on her Facebook account too.
