This Parody Of Farhan Akhtar's 'Zinda Ho Tum' Poetry From ZNMD Is On Point

"Sheher mein agar har din check-in kar rahe ho toh zinda ho tum."
T-series/ YouTube

What thought crosses your mind when you watch Zoya Akhtar's Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara? Yes, a really loooong vacation with your best buds and beautiful poems penned by Javed Akhtar and recited by his son, Farhan Akhtar.

With the first part hardly ever happening in our boring lives, the poems are all that we are left with.

We recently stumbled upon a YouTube channel -- Mudgal Kreations -- that parodies the poems from the film, giving them a funny twist. In Akhtar's voice and style, the creator talks about Facebook status messages, food updates, and mandatory check-ins that we do compulsively.

If a tree falls in the forest does it make a sound; if you do something and don't put it on Facebook, did it really happen?

Here is the original poem from the movie.

Here's the hilarious version.
