Irrfan Khan Tweeted To Politicians Asking For A Meeting And We're All Just A Little Confused

The coolest person ever?

Irrfan Khan is on a roll and not just career-wise. The actor's activities a couple of days ago have confused a lot of people. He was tweeting to Arvind Kejriwal, Rahul Gandhi and the PMO, trying to set up appointments with all of them because he had some questions for them.

What's the big deal, you ask? Lot of actors and actresses are politically inclined and they have every right to ask questions and request for a meeting, you say. Agreed, but he was relentlessly tweeting the same tweet to everyone. The. Same. Tweet.

First he sent this tweet to PMO.

Then he sent the same tweet to Arvind Kejriwal.

And then he sent the same tweet to Rahul Gandhi.

But the best part is that all of them replied and now Khan has a busy week ahead.

This is what the PMO said:

Not one to give up, he replied:

So, maybe he will have to wait for a few days to meet the PM. But when it came to Kejriwal, he had better luck.

The CM replied to his tweet:

So, Irrfan Khan then just casually mentioned his available dates.

The CM readily mentioned his availability too!

So, now IK and AK are going to meet.

That seemed very easy.

Then came Rahul Gandhi's turn.

To which Irrfan Khan replied:

So now RG and Irrfan Khan are going to have a pow wow!

What is going on?!

As per reports, this seems to be a publicity campaign for his upcoming movie Madaari.

Madaari is a socio-political flick that tries to show the importance of questioning the status quo. It is releasing this Friday.
