In a blink of an eye, this woman's body completely changes shape from top to bottom.

31-year-old Justine McCabe of Los Angeles documented losing 124 pounds in a year on her Tumblr page and took selfies every day to prove it, the Daily Mail reports.

But McCabe's story isn't just about weight loss, it's about personal loss too. After her husband took his own life in 2015, she began posting and documenting her grief and transformation on social media.

"I, Justine am that story. I am a survivor of a suicide loss. I am a survivor of prematurely losing a parent. I am a survivor of teenage pregnancy. I am a survivor of a life less planned," she wrote on her Tumblr page.

In a "flipgram" video uploaded on Instagram seven weeks ago, you can see McCabe's amazing progress. Along with the video, she also included this caption:

"The person you see reflecting in the mirror... will provide you with the biggest challenges in life. The human spirit is powerful. Do the work. Suffer the setbacks, push past the pain and excuses. True motivation is not an outside source. It's staring directly back at you. There is nothing you cannot be, do or have. Live with no regrets and don't ever give up. This is what drives me. My motivation."

She also touched on how she turned her pain into energy and how exercising wasn't just for her body, but her mind too.

"As the pounds dropped off it felt as if I was saying goodbye to the unhappiness that plagued me," she wrote on her Tumblr page. "I realized that my daily routine felt better if I had taken 'me' time at the gym."

And on top of owning her new body, McCabe also tells the Daily Mail she got over her fears too. Once scared of heights and flying, today McCabe can proudly say she has jumped off a cliff and went on a trip to Paris.

"Before, someone couldn't have paid me to go skydiving or any of those things, but after my husband died I wanted to face these fears," she told the news site. "Every challenge I tackled made me feel more alive and brought me back it life, it kept me fuelled to keep going on and living."

You go girl!
