Lalu Prasad Yadav’s elder son and Bihar Health Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Tej Pratap Yadav threatened a journalist at the celebration of the 20th Foundation Day of RJD.

According to reports, Tej Pratap borrowed a journalist’s camera and started clicking pictures at the event.

Another journalist recored a video of that on his cell phone. An enraged Tej Pratap asked him delete the video but the latter declined.

To this, the minister got furious, took the microphone, and publicly threatened to file a defamation suit against the reporter.

Offended with Tej Pratap's behaviour, the mediapersons, who were present there, threatened to boycott the event.

When the situation got worse, father Lalu decided to intervene. He called the reporter on stage, and asked him to delete the video.

However, the scribe refused and walked away.
