NEW DELHI -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress Party Vice President Rahul Gandhi are usually at loggerheads, but today Modi took a break from their routine feuding to wish the Gandhi on his birthday.

Gandhi is celebrating his 46th birthday today.

"Birthday wishes to the Congress VP, Shri Rahul Gandhi. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life," Modi said on Twitter.
