This English Version Of 'Chaddi Pehen Ke Phool Khila Hai' Is Almost Unbearably Cute

If you were head over heels in love with the new version of the title track 'Chaddi pehen ke phool khila hai' for the latest Hollywood film The Jungle Book, here's more reason for you to go, "Awwwwww!"

Now, a bunch of kids have taken the composition by Vishal Bhardwaj and Gulzar, and have literally translated the Hindi words into English — with adorable results.

Titled 'Jungle Jungle — Summer Fun Mix', the YouTube video features little singers Arika, Prisha, Gati, Aarsha and Arohi as they prance about gardens and recording studios, happily singing the literal translation to the song.

While the Hindi lyrics go something like:

"Jungle Jungle baat chali hai pata chala hai...

Arre chaddi pehen ke phool khila hai phool khila hai, phool kila hai..."

These 'summer kids' have literally translated them into English like so:

"Jungle jungle word is spreading here and there...

A flower has bloomed wearing underwear..."

Directed by Jon Favreau, The Jungle Book opened to much critical acclaim and received public appreciation from across the globe. Earlier this week, the adventures of Mowgli with Baloo and Bagheera reached an unprecedented mark as the film became the highest-grossing Hollywood film in India, according to the studio that has bankrolled it.
