LK Advani's Wife Kamla Advani Passes Away

Kamla Advani, the wife of BJP veteran L K Advani, died today at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) due to heart failure.

After she complained of chest pain, Mrs Advani was admitted to the AIIMS hospital.

Kamla Advani (83) leaves behind, besides her husband, a son and a daughter.

Describing Kamala Advani as LK Advani’s pillar of strength, Prime Minister Narendra Modi condoled her death.

I recall my many interactions with Kamla Advani ji. My thoughts are with the Advani family in this hour of grief. May her soul rest in peace

She had been suffering from age-related problems for some time and was on wheelchair for the last few months.

Family sources said she was also suffering from memory loss.

Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav also condoled Kamla Advani's demise.

"I condole death of Kamla Advaniji. May God give strength to the bereaved family," Yadav said in his condolence message.
