Aamir Khan's weight gain for his upcoming film Dangal had been a talking point for much of last year, with several experts pointing out that he was putting his health in danger.
By November 2015, the 50-year-old superstar weight 98 kg, for his role as wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat in Nitesh Tiwari's sports biopic. Now, however, Khan needs to lose 25 kg to portray a younger Phogat in some sequences of the movie and he is reportedly having trouble with that.
According to SpotboyE, Khan has flown off to the United States to seek "expert medical advice" to help return to his original size without harming his health. With his weight gain, it had been reported that he had trouble breathing at times. Now, with the challenge of losing that much weight in time to ready the film for its December release, Khan faces health issues like gall stones and liver problems if he doesn't do it right.
