NEW DELHI -- In a knock to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Swacch Bharat Campaign, a bureaucrat in Uttar Pradesh was caught urinating on the banks of the Sangam in Allahabad.
The embarrassing video of Additional District Magistrate O.P. Shrivastava relieving himself at the Triveni Sangam surfaced soon after the Uttar Pradesh government announced that it plans to post videos of offenders on YouTube.
Triveni Sangam is the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati which is holy to Hindus.
While the image is unclear, Times Now reported that Shrivastava was wearing a shirt with a "Clean Ganga" logo. It isn't clear what action the U.P. government intends to take against him.
