Even as the debate on the JNU sedition debacle continues, students across the nation have come together in support of Kanhaiya Kumar, protesting against his arrest.

The president of JNU’s students' union, Kumar was arrested and charged with sedition on 12 February after some students held a rally against the 2013 hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru.

Protests against Kumar’s arrest is spreading fast with demonstrations being held in educational institutions across the country as depicted in these photos:
