MORADABAD -- This may be a classic case of negligence as a person in Moradabad has received an electricity bill of Rs.2032 crores.

The officials in the electricity department, however, said that there is a technical glitch in the generation of online bills.

Meanwhile, Parag Mittal, who has received this humungous bill, said that he has been shuttling to and fro the department but no one is ready to listen him.

Parag is a businessman, who runs a flour mill in Katghar area of the city.
