Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan engaged in a hug, neither coerced nor choreographed by Mumbai MLA Baba Siddiqui. Which means, Salman and Shah Rukh actually hugged each other voluntarily. The last time such an unbelievable thing happened, it was 2013 and Shah Rukh Khan had finally agreed to age to 40 years on screen for Chennai Express.

Just to give you a sense of the magnitude of this hug, it's safe to say that the world would have been less astonished had Salman Khan started tweeting in a decipherable language.
Now for the details. Khan sent out two tweets on his birthday. With the first picture, Khan claimed Bhai, that is Salman, was teaching him the moves for 'Sultan'. The second picture, in which they are halfway through an embrace, was captioned 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo'.

And now take a closer look at the picture. That arm on Shah Rukh Khan's body has a bicep that you possibly can't recognise as his. We suspect the Khans were having a secret belated Halloween party, where Shah Rukh Khan went as Salman Khan and Salman Khan too, took on the best Halloween avatar possible - that of himself.
Our suspicion aside, the hug has had far reaching effects for several people. Aamir Khan will have to find a new thing to cry about - it will be difficult considering there is no Salman Khan film in sight as of now. Baba Siddiqui will have to rethink the publicity strategy of his next iftaar party and Sonam Kapoor will have to tweet something particularly inscrutable to get her share of attention back for Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
