It seems Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad has just discovered Dubsmash and he's taking no prisoners.
On his debut Dubsmash video, the shrewd politician known for his acerbic tongue and wry sense of humour, mimicked Prime Minister Narendra Modi's famous campaign speeches promising voters that he will return illicit money stashed abroad in tax havens to India.
The 17-second video, uploaded on the Rashtriya Janta Dal's official YouTube account, shows the straight-faced RJD chief lip-synching Modi's 'acche din' (good days) promise.
The Dubsmash debut comes just days ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections to be held in five phases.
The video was put up with the message 'क्या हुआ तेरा वादा ,वो कसम वो इरादा, वादे है वादों का क्या, चुनाव जीत गए उसके बाद तू कौन और तेरा क्या," a twist on the lyrics of a famous song from the Bollywood film 'Yaadon Ki Baaraat'.
