The first look of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming historical drama Bajirao Mastani was unveiled on Wednesday morning in an exclusive by Bombay Times.

Bhansali's upcoming film, which he is producing as well as directing, stars Ranveer Singh as the Maratha Peshwa (Prime Minister) Bajirao I, Priyanka Chopra as his first wife Kashibai; and Deepika Padukone as his second wife Mastani.

The film is said to be a magnum opus with a budget higher than Rs 100 crore.

In the first look of the film, which was also tweeted out by Eros Now, Singh (sporting a shaven head) looks appropriately regal as the Maratha general who is credited with expanding their empire in the 18th century.
