Katrina Kaif's second appearance on Day 2 of the Cannes Film Festival has not failed to disappoint. The actress arrived today for the screening of the film 'Mad Max: Fury Road' wearing an elegant fire-red Elie Saab gown and tall silver sandals. Fiery red lips and a straight, shining cap of red hair completed the look that was (in contrast to the red curls she sported yesterday).

The 'Bang Bang' star's red hair has won her a lot of attention, but left critics wondering if she could perhaps adopt a 'fun updo'. Katrina did face some criticism on her first day at the festival. However this did not appear to affect Katrina's excitement in the least: the actress struck up a conversation with Hollywood A-lister Julianne Moore, and even took a selfie together.

One can only hope that the actress's debut appearance will not be forgotten once Sonam who is on her way for the event shall step up to take her place - Katrina is reportedly flying back to Mumbai today.
