The earthquake that hit Nepal last Saturday has left the Himalayan nation in absolute disarray, with the death toll currently at over 6,000, more than 13,000 injured, and thousands still missing. Meanwhile, according to a BBC report, towns and villages near the epicentre of the quake have suffered almost "total devastation".
Many videos, several of those from mobile phones, have surfaced over the past few days that have captured the horror of the earthquake as it occurred or its aftermath. Here, we have compiled videos that utilise only footage from different CCTV cameras from various sources. These videos capture the confusion and panic that ordinary people walking on the road felt as they came to terms with what was happening.
