Marathi language film 'Killa', the directorial debut of Avinash Arun, finally has its first teaser out.
A charming coming-of-age tale set in a small village, 'Killa' won the Crystal Bear at the 64th Berlin International Film Festival (aka the Berlinale) in February last year. The film competed in the Generation Kplus section and was awarded by the children's jury.
It also won the Silver Gateway award at the 16th Mumbai International Film Festival (aka MAMI) in October 2014. This honour is given to the second best Indian film playing in competition. In March, it was also given the National Award for best Marathi feature film.
