Lying on a hospital bed with several tubes connecting him to monitors, and looking definitely drugged, Singh posted three tweets from the operation theatre. He underwent a surgery for a shoulder injury.
Singh injured himself on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's period film Bajirao Mastani.
