Mob Lynches Man To Death In Agra For Allegedly Molesting A Girl

A week after a man was lynched and hanged in Dimapur for allegedly raping a girl from Nagaland, comes another incident in UP.

A man accused of drinking and misbehaving with girls was pulled out of his home and beaten by a mob in Agra, reports CNN-IBN.

The man, identified as one Jeetu, was later taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

CNN-IBN quotes an eyewitness, "He was beaten mercilessly. He was dragged and hit with sticks. Nobody helped him, no one stopped the mob."

The police is currently investigating the case. "He was allegedly misbehaving with women in the locality. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. We are probing the case," reports CNN-IBN.
