A cheating wife and her lover got stuck together after suffering "penis captivus" during sex in South Africa.

Police had to be called in to restore order after a crowd gathered to the love cheats locked together after the rumour spread that her husband asked a witch doctor to put a curse on her private parts, the Mirror reported.

Local media claimed that the 34-year-old unfaithful Sasha Ngema had been romping with the 22-year-old toy boy Sol Qoboza at a rented apartment in Johannesburg, South Africa while her 42-year-old husband Neill was away.

The spell, known as a muthi, is designed to make sure that anybody who is not the husband who attempts to have sex with the woman will remain stuck until the husband returns to exact revenge.

Neighbour Priscilla Ndlovu said that at first he thought it was just the screams of sexual pleasure, but it turned out to be screams for help.

When the 34-year-old Ndlovu knocked on the door to see if everything was OK, he saw him lying on top of her sobbing as she screamed to be freed.

By the time police arrived over 2,000 people had swarmed onto the street outside the apartment block shouting "we want to see them! Show us the cheaters!"

A police spokesman said they had to use pepper spray to disperse the crowd.

Black magic specialist Sangoma Mathabo Mofokeng said that none will be able to separate the couple, who were reportedly taken to hospital, until the woman's husband comes back. (ANI)
