The Aam Aadmi Party today made a host of promises in its manifesto - 24X7 power supply, free Wi-Fi in the city, installation of 10 lakh CCTV cameras to provide better security to women, making water a legal right and slashing VAT significantly - in a bid to return to power in Delhi.
