What an amazing week of speeches it was at the Democratic National Convention, Philadelphia. As a blogger and speechwriter, I drooled at, envied and applauded the speeches, their writers and the people who delivered them with such grace and sincerity. These speeches, they weren't mere election rhetoric. They inspired and put faith back in people's hearts.
Sanders has clearly lost the Democratic race. He can still refuse to throw in the towel until the bitter end, but this won't do him much good. But what would happen if he decides to run as an independent or Green Party candidate?
