The JNU students and Amnesty did not commit or organize violence, and nor did they call for immediate resort to arms. Hence, in my opinion, they committed no crime, and the charges against them should be dropped. That being said, I totally disapprove of the demand for Azadi for Kashmir or any part of India.
Apparently, no 'anti-nationals' allowed.
