Try Facial Yoga To Look Younger

If you're thinking about stratospherically priced "miracle" creams, Botox or going under the knife to achieve a wrinkle-free face, pause for a minute. Do you know that facial yoga, if practiced frequently and correctly, can help you achieve that unlined, youthful look? It helps relax and tone facial muscles and prevents them from sagging, giving you that smooth visage you crave. But do let me forewarn you -- if you do these exercises wrong, you get wrinkles instead of toned muscles because repetitive wrong movements make your skin more elastic and create creases. It is like ironing a cloth. The same iron can ease out the creases but if you iron wrong, it can also create wrinkles. So, do attempt facial yoga under expert guidance only.

Facial yoga can iron out those tension lines around the eyebrows, forehead, lips and jaw and give you a natural facelift. It is super-helpful in getting rid of that double chin, bringing more definition to your cheekbones and giving you that contoured jaw line. The face definitely looks brighter and younger. A YouTube video I posted a while ago demonstrating facial exercises got hundreds of comments. People from all over the world told me about the amazing results they achieved. Why don't you give it a shot too? Here is a step-by-step guide to one of my most popular facial exercise routines.

Step 1. Open your mouth wide - as wide as you possibly can.

Step 2. With the mouth still open, tilt your head backwards. Look up.

Step 3. Now close your lower jaw towards the upper jaw. Feel the neck muscles stretching. Keep it there and hold for few seconds, feeling the stretch.

Step 4. Now bring the closed mouth, back to it normal position, looking in front.

Start again.

Do this 20 times in the morning and 20 times at night. You will notice a change in your face structure within one month. Take a selfie before starting this and after one month and you will notice a considerable difference.

It takes less than two minutes to do this routine. You can even quickly do it before you brush your teeth in the morning.
