Based in New Delhi, Samarth Pathak is a policy analyst and public advocacy specialist currently associated with the Ananta Aspen Centre (Indian partner of The Aspen Institute, US). Pathak was previously engaged with The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and ANI-Reuters TV. His experience encompasses policy advocacy, Track II Diplomacy, strategic communication, external relations, news reporting and production, analysis and research on foreign and domestic policy, politics, sustainable development, climate change and human rights. Pathak currently writes for The Huffington Post. His reports and op-eds have also appeared in The Guardian, Reuters Alertnet, Dawn, Hardnews and The Asian Age. Pathak received his M.A. in Human Rights and Duties from the Department of Political Science, Jamia Millia Islamia and B.A (Honours) in Journalism from the University of Delhi.
