A man in Tamil Nadu was so overcome with anger that some puppies apparently peed in his clothes, that he flung them off a terrace, killing them on the spot. Worse, he boasted about killing the first puppy, posting it on a WhatsApp group, reported The Times of India.

"1 down, 1 more to go, DoggyTales," Vishesh Iyengar reportedly posted in a WhatsApp group of some of his classmates at an engineering college in Vellore. "Black dog down," he replied after a group member asked him if the dog was dead.

According to reports, Iyengar killed one black puppy and another light brown puppy soon afterwards. The second puppy had been recently rescued by another resident in the area and was their pet. It had apparently wandered into the apartment complex where Iyengar lives.

A police complaint has been registered at the Katpadi K1 station by animal rights activists. The resident who had rescued the second puppy reportedly claimed that Iyengar did not show any remorse, saying, "It's just a dog, I didn't kill a human."
