This will probably go down in the history of one of the most bizarre reasons for a fight, leading to a man's death.

In Mumbai's Shivaji Nagar, two friends were hanging out when they had an argument--who was the bigger doper? The argument turned into a fight and one of them stabbed the other with a knife he was carrying.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the incident happened in September last year when the two were fighting over who used more heroin.

Akbarali Shaikh, the accused, has been denied bail by the court.

Meanwhile, the accused has said that he should be released as the incident took place because he was under the influence of drugs.

Last year, a Times Of India report showed how entire families in Punjab are getting hooked to heroin. A young businessman was being treated for his addiction along with his sister and his wife. The report said the man's wife and sister started trying it in his absence.

Dr Ajay Pal Sandhu, consultant psychiatrist at Fortis in Ludhiana, told ToI that they treat around 2,000 addicts. He said that around 30 out 100 cares are such where husband and wife are being treated together.
